SterlingZoo is dedicated to providing unforgettable, hands-on reptile encounters for all ages. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our booking policies below.
1. Booking Requests
All booking inquiries must be made via our Contact Us form or by emailing us directly.
Please provide event type, location, preferred date/time, and any special requests.
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability until confirmed by a SterlingZoo team member.
2. Confirmation & Payment
Once we confirm your event, you will receive a booking confirmation email.
Payment methods and details will be discussed individually based on event type and location.
A deposit may be required for certain bookings to reserve your date.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event to receive a full refund (if applicable).
Events canceled with less than 72 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit.
We are happy to reschedule your event based on availability.
4. Safety & Venue Requirements
A responsible adult must be present during all shows.
Hosts must ensure a safe, clean area for the animals and presenters.
If weather conditions or venue issues pose a risk, SterlingZoo reserves the right to modify or cancel the event for the safety of all participants and animals.
5. Behavior Policy
SterlingZoo promotes respectful, educational interactions.
Inappropriate behavior may result in early termination of the event without refund.
